Return policy

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unopened merchandise in exchange for store credit; the product must be in its original condition and must not have been altered in any way. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charge to return the product.

Note: your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We do not offer any refunds or returns on opened merchandise.

 

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges on any unopened products within 14 days of purchase date. Products can be exchanged for anything else in our store or returned for store credit. A receipt will be required in order for the exchange to be processed.

In the event the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the value is less than the item being returned, the customer will be issued the difference in store credit.

We do not offer any exchanges on opened merchandise.

 

Store credit

Store credit is issued to an individual account under the recipient’s name.

Credit can only be redeemed by the person associated with the account and is non-transferable.

 

Damaged products

In the event you receive a damaged product, please notify us at vasecaravan@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

 

In the event your parcel was damaged in transit, please send an image of the box to vasecaravan@gmail.com. We will take a look at the damaged item; if the box is deemed to be damaged in transit, you can ship the item back to us for an exchange or store credit. Note: any original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

 

Please note we are not responsible for any manufacturer defects including damaged cards, printing errors, or missing cards from sealed boxes. Should any defects be discovered, we advise customers to contact the manufacturer directly in order to resolve these issues. Contact information for the manufacturer’s customer service department can usually be found directly on the box.
